Our prompters have a slot made for inserting a plexiglass in front of the screen. The Plexiglass protects your monitor for accidental spills and drops.

If you need to replace your current plexiglass shield or is adding one for the first time, make sure the size is correct for your unit (fits our prompters and satellites made starting in 2023 until today).

Installation instructions for Vertical Units:

• Remove the 2 metal corners at the top of the unit by removing the screws on both sides

• Make sure the Matte/Anti-Glare face is facing you and not the screen.

• Remove the plexiglass shield protective masking

• insert the plexiglass shield in the slots on the exposed sides

• Make sure the bottom part is all the way inside the bottom slot (you can use some painters tape at the bottom face to help you raise or lower the plexiglass in order to match the slot opening)

• Put back the metal corners and screws

• Enjoy!

Installation instructions for Horizontal Units:

• Place the Plexiglass on top of the frame holding the monitor

• Make sure the Matte/Anti-Glare face is facing you and not the screen.

• Remove the plexiglass shield protective masking

• The plexiglass will have screw holes all around the edges, use the screws included to screw into the frame
  BE CAREFUL not to over tighten the screws and break the plexiglass or pierce the screen behind the frame.
