Production Times:

We try to keep all products in stock, but there are occasions where we will need a few days to build and ship your order. We try to ship all orders between 1 to 5 days after payment confirmation.

We now offer FREE SHIPPING! via Ground Shipping (3 to 8 business days) on all PROMPTER orders within the contiguous U.S (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO/DPO), and now also offering FREE SHIPPING to CANADA!.

CANADA Important Shipping Information:
Although we now offer free shipping, you are still responsible for any customs duties and import fees.

AUSTRALIA, EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD: Register on http://myus.com/ for free, get a US address and ship your prompter to this address, as soon as they receive your package, they will contact you and allow you to pick a shipping option, you pay and they will ship to you fast and super cheap (not sponsored, but a lot of my customers use it and love it).

All shipping methods include insurance and may require a signature upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate specific delivery instructions with your order, as we cannot include them on the labels we generate. However, FedEx offers a robust tracking service that allows you to monitor your package's exact location and anticipated delivery time. Within the tracking page, you'll find options to modify the delivery address or request the package to be held at the office for convenient pickup if you won't be available at home. Your flexibility through the tracking features ensures a seamless and tailored delivery experience.

We're confident that you'll be thrilled with your Prompter purchase. However, if, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied, simply reach out to us, and you can return it within 14 days for a full refund (shipping not included).

Return Condition:

To ensure a smooth return process, please return your prompter in the same condition it was shipped to you. In case of any damage or issues, whether caused by shipping or user action, we may need to deny the return or charge for the damages incurred. To safeguard against transport-related mishaps, consider adding insurance to your return shipment.

Refunds are promptly processed within 5 business days upon receiving and inspecting your returned prompter. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the return experience as seamless as possible.
