We now have several units in stock and shipments are sent twice a week.
YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP BETWEEN 1 to 5 days AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.

We now offer FREE SHIPPING! via Ground Shipping (3 to 8 business days) on all PROMPTER orders within the contiguous U.S (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO/DPO), and now also offering FREE SHIPPING to CANADA!.

CANADA Important Shipping Information:
Although we now offer free shipping, you are still responsible for any customs duties and import fees.

AUSTRALIA, EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD: Register on http://myus.com/ for free, get a US address and ship your prompter to this address. They ship to you fast and super cheap (not sponsored, but a lot of my customers use it and love it).

All shipping methods include insurance and may require a signature upon delivery.

Warranty & Support

1 Year Full Product Warranty:
Every Lyrics Prompter comes with a 1 year warranty from defects in materials and workmanship, and it applies to the entire product, including all accessories.

What's not covered:

  • Accidental damage & misuse

  • Damage due to neglect

  • Drops & Spills

  • Damage incurred by natural disasters

  • Or any voluntary or involuntary action caused by the customer

If you have any problems with your Lyrics Prompter or any of it's accessories during the first year, just contact our support and we will gladly replace or fix the problematic part.

Support:
If you are experiencing any problems with your prompter or accessories and your warranty is expired, or the problem was caused by something not covered in your warranty, we can still provide replacement parts or service your prompter for you.

Are you afraid that now using our Lyrics Prompter, improving your stage presence and looking professional could cause your band to break up?

We are so confident that you will love your Prompter that if for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, all you need to do is send us a message and ship it back to us for a full refund (shipping not included).

Return Condition:
Your prompter needs to be in the same condition as it was shipped to you. If upon inspection we find any damage or issues caused by shipping or user action, we may deny the return or charge you for the damages caused. That's why it's important to add insurance to your shipping return, avoiding any damages that may happen during transport.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your prompter.
